What you will do 💡

Drive new business acquisition by actively identifying and converting B2B opportunities.

Manage the entire sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure.

Develop customized proposals and solutions tailored to client needs.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key business clients.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Represent the company in meetings, negotiations, and industry events.

What we are looking for 🔍

Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within services or solution-based industries.

Strategic thinker who can develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Fluent in Lithuanian (native) and English (B2 or above). Confident working independently and collaboratively in a team.

Proficient in MS Office.

Valid B category driver’s license – company car provided.
