Sales Team Lead

We believe that the best sales start with trust and initiative.

If you thrive in active sales, enjoy working in a dynamic environment, and see yourself not only as a sales professional but also as a future team leader, we’d love to hear from you.

We're looking for someone who excels at building strong client relationships and wants to play an important role in a growing international team. Here, you'll enjoy a high degree of autonomy, room for your ideas, and the opportunity to make a real impact on business results.

You will focus on active B2B sales in the Lithuanian market, identifying new business opportunities and building long-term client relationships. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and needs analysis to negotiations, contract signing, and successful project handover.

Working closely with customer service, customer success, recruitment, and other teams across the Baltics, you will help ensure an outstanding customer experience and smooth project delivery. You will also monitor market trends, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to sales process improvements and business development initiatives.

While active sales and business development will be your primary focus, the role also includes a leadership component. Reporting directly to the Baltic Head of Sales and Marketing, you will act as their trusted partner in Lithuania, supporting local sales initiatives, coordinating the sales team, sharing best practices, and contributing to the team’s future growth and development.

Your success will be measured by growing sales results, strong customer partnerships, and the creation of new business opportunities.

What We Expect From You

At least 3 years of successful B2B sales experience.

Ability to independently manage the full sales cycle. Strong prospecting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Experience in business development, process improvement, or change management would be an advantage.

Leadership potential and a willingness to contribute to team development.

Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills and experience working with CRM systems and sales management tools.

Preferable English proficiency at B2 level or higher. Native or near-native proficiency in Lithuanian, both written and spoken.

What we offer

We offer 3500 – 3800 bruto monthly salary with an attractive bonus scheme, a company car, professional and personal development opportunities, a Stebby wellness benefit, and a supportive, collaborative team culture and flexible working hours.
