How does SOL onboard and train new employees?
To ensure a smooth hiring process, you will need a valid ID so that SOL Baltics can fulfill all of its legal obligations as an employer toward you. On your first day of work, we will provide safety briefings and training. This helps prevent workplace accidents and reduces the risk of occupational illnesses.
